Layla Memory Foam
The standard Layla mattress features copper-gel memory foam that conforms to your body for a restful night’s sleep. According to the company, the foam “reacts to increased pressure with a firming response, so it stays soft and huggy overall, but provides ample support around deep compression areas where you need it most.”
At 10 inches tall, the Layla Memory Foam Mattress is easy to move and manipulate, making installation, transportation, and rearrangement simple.
Ranging from twin to king, the Layla Memory Foam Mattress also comes with two Layla Memory Foam Pillows, a full set of microfiber sheets, and a mattress protector.
Layla Hybrid
While the Layla Hybrid still comes fully equipped with its copper-gel memory foam, its middle layer is constructed with a dual-gauge pocketed coil system. These coils offer more bounce and less sink in your mattress and maintain all the cooling capabilities of Layla’s copper-gel memory foam on the top and bottom layers.
The Layla Hybrid’s coils are tuned to a heavier gauge around the mattress’s edge and offer increased edge support for those edge-of-the-mattress sleepers.

Which Should You Choose?
Those looking for the hugging feeling while they sleep will enjoy the standard memory foam mattress. With a bit more sink, the full-foam mattress will conform to your body and cradle you in your sleep. However, limited edge support is not ideal for edge-sleepers. For those looking to save money, the standard memory foam mattress will save upwards of 40 percent compared to the hybrid.
While on the pricier side, the Layla Hybrid Mattress will offer superior cooling and overall support due to its blend of memory foam and dual-gauged coils. Larger framed individuals will also react better to the hybrid mattress’s bounce. The hybrid’s multiple layers allow for more airflow and will keep you cool through the night.

Layla’s Memory Foam Mattress cover consists of 66 percent polyester, 30 percent viscose, and four percent poly/lycra, with a ThermoGEL cooling agent. The foam layers, made from their copper-gel infused memory foam, measure at a 12-pound Indentation Load Deflection (ILD) and are considered on the very soft end of the spectrum.
The airflow foam is made of 30-pound ILD tri-zoned SMT polyurethane. The base foam is made of 35-pound ILD polyurethane.
Layla’s Hybrid Mattresses contain all the same copper-gel memory foam components along with 16-gauge edge coils and 14-gauge center coils. The hybrid’s integrated flipping handles are made of thermoplastic polyurethane.
